The Pinellas Park Performing Arts Center’s upcoming events offer something for every age. With events throughout the year, residents and visitors can always find something going on here.
The venue can also be rented with a Main Hall that seats 600, and a concession is available at a low cost that sells beer, wine, snacks and soda. Those interested may contact the center to request the relevant Brochures.
The center will be host to The Back to School, Family Fun Day on Saturday, August 5 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. The event is open to the public and is free to attend. The event is sponsored by The Pinellas Park Chamber of Commerce, Pinellas Park Medical District and the City of Pinellas Park, all of which are working together to support local students and prepare them for the school year.
Those attending the event will be treated to activities, including a K9 Demo, Live DJ, and games. Also, attendees will be able to win prizes, participate in a bike raffle, and acquire free school supplies.
Following the family day event, there are several other events coming up. On August 12 is Sounds of Soul, Followed by Tommy Mara, Tribute to the 50s & 60s, and, this fall, a Beatles Tribute.
The Performing Arts Center is located at 4951 78th Avenue North. The box office is located at 5851 Park Boulevard and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is closed daily during the hours of 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
