The Naples Botanical Garden will hold an event at the end of October for the Día de los Muertos holiday.
The Día de los Muertos Celebration is a family-friendly experience that will have many cultural experiences. Guests will get to see themed displays, live performances, and participate in crafting activities. The botanical garden’s cafe will serve blue corn empanadas on both days of the celebration. There will also be a La Catrina Flower Crowns workshop that costs $60 for non-members of the garden. Other activities at the event include leaving memories at community altars, photo opportunities, and learning about Mexican spices.
The Naples Botanical Garden is an attraction that conserves local plants and habitats while inspiring people to protect natural spaces. There are many unique gardens here, such as the Foster Succulent Garden and the Kapnick Caribbean Garden. The garden also has several Nature Play spaces where visitors of all ages can physically engage with the outdoors.
