Lobster rolls joining food truck lineup in Naples

A new food truck serving mostly lobster rolls in joining the other rolling eateries now operating at Naples' Celebration Park.

Cousins Main Lobster was actually started by cousins Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac, who grew up in Portland, Maine. They translated their love of lobster into a business that now earns millions of dollars annually, via the food trucks that are now found in twenty-two cities. Among their operations are trucks in San Diego, San Antonio, Phoenix, Orlando, New York City, Las Vegas, Houston, and Atlanta. They also have nine brick-and-mortar restaurants, including one in Clearwater Beach.

Patrons will find the menu heavily slanted toward lobster, beginning with the lobster rolls. They sell two kinds: Connecticut and Maine. In the Connecticut lobster roll, the lobster is warmed up with lemon and butter, while the Maine roll is traditionally dressed with mayonnaise, and served cold. Also on the menu are New England staples, like clam chowder and lobster bisque, and specialties such as lobster tacos and lobster grilled cheese. New businesses like this can distribute Promotional Products to build brand recognition.

The new location will be run by franchisees Jim and Leslie Matz. Jim Matz said he was drawn to this company by the cousins' enthusiasm for their product, and the fact they insist they only use lobster obtained from Maine. After hundreds of people enjoyed their lobster rolls recently, the Matzes are looking forward to opening soon.
