Area bakers and Naples residents interested in learning a new skill will want to avoid making plans next month, as a holiday cookie decorating course is visiting town.
The Classic Christmas Ginger Cookie Decorating Class is on the horizon and preparing to welcome students who want to learn new skills and upgrade their cookie decorating expertise in preparation for the holidays. The event, which is being organized by The Curated Sugar Company, will ensure a fun environment where instructors will demonstrate how to decorate cookies like professionals.
Options will include gingerbread men, candy canes, and stocking-shaped cookies. Hot cocoa will be provided to all registered students to provide festive warmth and cheer. Flyer printing is an effective grassroots method to raise awareness of such events and promote the hosting venue.
Interested parties are encouraged to grab friends and family to attend the beginner-level cookie decorating session. Kandace Emory, a cookie artist expert, will provide step-by-step guidance to help each guest grow their skills and confidence. Students will decorate six cookies with icing and other items. The course can accommodate as many as 20 students.
The Naples Woman’s Club will host the cookie decorating event on Thursday, December 19, beginning at 6:00 PM and ending at 8:30 PM. Reservations cost $60 per person and can be booked online.
