Miami to celebrate Afro-Caribbean vegan and seafood cuisine

The 9th Annual Soul Vegan & Seafood Festival will be held next month in Miami to celebrate the flavors of African vegan soul food and Caribbean seafood.

The Hungry Black Man will host the festival to celebrate Black History Month and the unique flavors of plant-based African American soul food and Caribbean seafood cuisine. The festival has become one of South Florida’s premier vegan food-centered event, drawing attendees from miles around to discover the diverse flavors of Afro-Caribbean seafood and vegan dishes.

Expert chefs and food creators throughout South Florida will attend to showcase their signature dishes and flavor combinations. National vegan food will also be featured, with beverages and other products for sale. There will be a new VIP section offered, as well as a hydration station and new seafood booths. Families will enjoy the Children’s Play Zone, and there will be live music and plenty of entertainment and activities to keep everyone busy.

Food festivals will often have their venues decorated with sprawling Banners that organizers can get printed at local Print shops offering banner printing for large-scale events.

The Miami Soul Vegan & Seafood Festival is scheduled for Saturday, February 8 from 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm. It will be held at Lummus Park, located at 600 Ocean Drive, between 6th and 7th streets. Admission is free.
