Lovers of gourmet food and wine should note that the Miami Wine Festival is coming to Coconut Grove next month.
Hosted by Festival and Event, Inc., the festival will feature unlimited samplings of over 150 wines from 10 different countries. There will also be limited beer and spirit samplings to accommodate fans of craft cocktails and craft beer.
For an extra fee, food pairing classes will also take place, involving pairing different wines with gourmet cheeses, charcuterie meats, and fine chocolate. Another extra event, the Sparkling Wine Room will provide attendees with the opportunity to indulge in prosecco, Champagne, Cava, Sekt, and rose.
The general wine tasting will be outdoors, while the Sparkling Wine Room will take place indoors. General admission includes entry to the outdoor wine tasting only, while purchasing tickets for the Sparkling Wine Room will include both events, except for the pairing classes.
