The hunt is on for Miami’s best baguette, and this March, bakeries from all over the city will be throwing down in a friendly competition to see which one will reign supreme.
The public will have a chance to taste the fruits of their labors, and everyone is welcome.
The freshly baked baguettes that make the final rounds will be available for ticket holders to sample, and they will be served with cheese, jam and charcuterie, as well as a glass of wine. After they have finished their taste testing, the crowd will be invited to vote for their favorite entry to win the Fan Prize.
Along with the Fan Prize, the Specialty Bread Award and Best Baguette in Miami prizes will be awarded. Anyone who would like to enjoy a full meal can purchase a VIP pass, which will entitle the bearer to a full brunch featuring bacon, eggs, fruit juice, sausages, and other dishes.
Tickets for this tasty competition start at $15, and valet parking service is available for an additional charge. Stationery printers will be able to design certificates and other awards for the winners of this type of event.
National Hotel in Miami Beach will be welcoming attendees of the Best Baguette in Miami finals on March 17. It has been organized by the French Morning Media Group.
