This September, Flour & Weirdoughs bakery will hold a croissant-making class in Miami for those home bakers looking for a fun, new baking activity to try.
Flour & Weirdoughs is a rustic bakery located in Key Biscayne that prides itself on making bread as it was originally meant to be made. Employing bakers with a combined 30 years' experience, Flour & Weirdoughs makes bread with no additives using organic flour freshly milled in-house and its own mother bread. Always looking to introduce the community to fresh, wholesome bread products, the bakery also holds special baking events, such as the one happening in September.
The croissant class is designed for beginner bakers, so there is no prior baking experience necessary. Organizers and event hosts will go through step-by-step in the baking process, and participants will have the opportunity to ask any questions that they may have. After the class is over, attendees will take home freshly baked homemade croissants. Two glasses of wine or beer will also be provided, along with snacks.
Baking classes may be advertised in community Flyers and newsletters, which can be printed using area businesses specializing in services like flyer printing.
The croissant class is scheduled for Wednesday, September 6 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. It will be held at 19 Harbor Drive Key Biscayne, Miami. The class fee is $95.
