Lovers of art and those who just enjoy the beauty of flowers and plants are invited to come to an exhibit that will feature an assortment of works with a botanical theme.
The Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden will once again be hosting its annual Fairchild Artists in Bloom Exhibition and Sale. This will be the 10th year for the event, which will shine a spotlight on pieces created by more than 50 artists. They will be created using a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylic, oils, and pastels.
The works to be displayed have been created by participants in art classes at the garden. These continuing education artistic courses are just some of the options that the institution offers to the public. Other subjects include photography, botany, and cuisine.
The 10th Annual Fairchild Artists in Bloom Exhibition will be held from April 21st until 24th in the Garden House. The garden is located at 10901 Old Cutler Rd in Coral Gables. Access to the art exhibition is included in the standard admission price. Booklet printing can be used to create Catalogs of the different pieces included in an exhibition like this that contain information about the species depicted and the artists who created them.
