Two upcoming events in Palm Beach this May, both presented by the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce, will pay tribute to those who go beyond the expected in both education and business.
The first event is the Education Awards Breakfast. It will feature keynote speaker Mike Murgio and an awards presentation. Five local educators will receive the John C. Giba Awards and more than 30 teachers from the County will be recognized.
Later in May, the Leadership Awards Dinner is taking place. Attendees will enjoy a cocktail reception, dinner, live entertainment, and a silent auction. Several awards are set to be handed out, including Community Leader of the Year, the Chairman's Award of Excellence, and Young Professional of the Year.
Both of these celebrations, in addition to honoring the winners, will be excellent networking opportunities. Guests will likely come from all over the county, including nearby Jupiter, to take part in one or both of them. Local printing companies can help advertise events like these and are often asked to provide the likes of Flyers or Brochures.
The Education Awards Breakfast is taking place at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott on May 21 from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. Tickets for chamber members are $25 in advance and $30 at the door, or $40 for non-members.
The Leadership Awards Dinner follows on May 29 at the PGA National Resort and Spa from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Tickets are $175 each.
