Jupiter Jubilee moves to new location

With the Town Hall Municipal Complex being under construction, Jupiter Jubilee will be held at Abacoa Community Park this year.

Jupiter Jubilee will once again celebrate Jupiter’s unique history, character, and natural treasures through entertainment, cultural, civic, and educational activities. The theme will be Catch the Community Spirit.

The Goodnicks & the Groove will be the live entertainment, along with DJ Jammin’ Jim. A kids’ area will offer a rock wall, games, bungee bounce, bounce houses, face painting, and a toddler play area. There will also be a corn hole tournament.

The Jupiter Jubilee Civic Fair, which has long been a part of the festival, will also be at this year’s event. Jupiter not-for-profit community organizations will be participating, passing out information about their goods and services and meeting members of the community. Some will also offer raffles and other fundraising opportunities. Guests may want to collect these organizations’ Business Cards in case they need to get in touch at a later date.

Both the Jupiter Jubilee and the Jupiter Jubilee Civic Fair will be green events, so guests, exhibitors, and vendors are encouraged to bring their own water bottles and reuse, conserve, and recycle. Jubilee goers are also encouraged to bike or walk to the convenient location, as parking is limited.

Jupiter Jubilee 2019 will take place February 2 from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm at Abacoa Community Park.
