Centennial-based Prime Health Collaborative, a technology group that builds links among health care and technology industries in Colorado, plans to hold a meeting in Colorado Springs to bring together some of the area's major players in both healthcare and technology.
The meeting takes place later this month and will allow Prime Health, which was founded in 2012 in Centennial, to bring together leaders from the companies that could benefit from its services.
Prime Health's co-founder, Jake Rishavy, notes that the Front Range area is home to 115 digital health organizations. His goal is to help them integrate their technology with that used by the state in order to improve patient outcomes and lower costs.
The collaborative was founded in order to get entrepreneurs and companies that develop technology for use in healthcare in touch with potential clients. There are more than 600 entrepreneurs and executives involved with the collaborative, which was begun by the Denver South Economic Development Partnership. The DSEDP plans to spin off the collaborative and make it a separate nonprofit.
The meeting is scheduled for March 18, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, at CodeBaby Corp, located at 111 South Tejon Street, in Colorado Springs. The meeting is free and the public is encouraged to attend.
Event organizers could consider working with a flyer printing company to create a handout for attendees explaining the collective's work.
