Simi Valley has announced that it will be hosting a live Beach Boys tribute concert in August. This event is likely to attract fans of classic tunes, and particularly those who are nostalgic for the yacht rock genre.
The Catch a Wave tribute band was formed over 20 years ago, and they have enjoyed a significant amount of popularity throughout Southern California. Based in Los Angeles, this group is also known for donning traditional Beach Boys attire and bringing the same vocal range to the stage.
In addition to this upcoming concert, attendees also have the option to browse the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library during their visit. This includes the recently unveiled America 250 display. Food and beverages will be made available at an additional charge once the concert is finished.
Organizers of events associated with live cover bands have been known to employ vetted marketing techniques when connecting with the target audience. Some well-known approaches include working together with Stationery printers when producing Flyers, hanging eye-catching Posters in public locations, and playing relevant songs on local radio stations to generate additional interest.
Catch a Wave is slated to play at Simi Valley on Friday, August 21st at 7 PM. This concert is being hosted at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation & Institute located at 40 Presidential Drive. General admission tickets cost $55 per person.
