Simi Valley beer event to extend summer vibe
As another Simi Valley summer winds down, the area will be gearing up for a festival that will be all about craft beer.
The Endless Summer Beer Fest will take place in late August, and it will help to make the most of a pleasant late summer evening. At least 24 local craft breweries will be represented, and only a limited number of passes for the festivities will be made available to the public.
The event will have at least 50 beers on tap, and seltzers and ciders will also be poured. Everyone can enjoy unlimited tastings, and live music will help to create a high-energy atmosphere. Local food trucks have been invited to participate so attendees can choose their favorite fare to eat along with the brews. The festival is being held thanks to the efforts of the Rotary Club of Simi Sunset, and the proceeds from the evening will be used to help fund a variety of area causes.
