Pop superstar coming to San Jose

One of the biggest names in pop music will appear soon in San Jose.

Justin Timberlake, who is a native of Memphis, Tennessee, is a songwriter, singer, and actor who has won numerous awards for both singing and acting. He began his career as a child, appearing on television as a contestant on “Star Search,” and as a regular on “Disney’s Mickey Mouse Club.” While working with Disney, Timberlake worked with other future pop culture icons including Keri Russell, Christina Aguilera, Ryan Gosling, Britney Spears, and JC Chasez, with whom he went on to work with in NYSNC. The boy band was hugely successful, selling more than 70 million units throughout the world.

On his own, Timberlake has sold more than 88 million records, making him one of the music industry’s best-selling artists. He has released six studio albums, dropping the newest, “Everything I Thought It Was,” in 2024. The previous five have all won multiple Platinum, Gold, and Silver ratings. He has won a total of 176 awards out of 522 nominations, including 10 Grammys, four Emmys, and 11 MTV Video Music Awards. Billboard names Timberlake as the best-performing solo male artist in the Mainstream Top 40’s history. A review says:
“Justin Timberlake is one of the greatest live performers of all time.”

Timberlake will be at the SAP Center in San Jose on May 6 and 7. Popular events like this can be supported by organizers who will often use poster printing to create advertising.
