In October, the South Bay Rocktober Festival will come to the shores of Redondo Beach to pay tribute to some of rock’s most famous bands.
The Rocktober Festival is a three-day music event that brings together rock tribute bands to play covers of popular classic rock artists and bands. Some examples of this year’s line-up are Which Ones Pink (Pink Floyd), DBS (Journey), Super Diamond (Neil Diamond), Queen Nation (Queen), and Fan Halen (Van Halen). The festival will also feature food and drink vendors, with no outside food or drink allowed.
There are various levels of tickets offered for purchase. General admission only includes entry to the event, while VIP tickets include special access to the VIP tent and VIP only drink stand, prime viewing area, one meal ticket four drink tickets, and unlimited soda and water. The VIP Cabana group package includes six VIP tickets, concierge, private tent, prime viewing area, six meal tickets, 24 drink tickets, and unlimited soda and water.
The South Bay Rocktober Festival will run from October 15 through October 17. The venue will be Seaside Lagoon, located at 200 Portofino Way, Redondo Beach. Ticket prices range from $25 to $1,099 and can be purchased on Eventbrite.
