Redondo Beach residents may be interested in participating in a relaxing event next month, as White Light Sounds is set to host one of its popular sound bath events.
White Light Sounds is a wellness studio in Redondo Beach that offers services promoting wellness through meditative acoustic events called “sound baths”. The studio provides in-studio group sound baths, which are limited to 10 people or less, private in-home sessions, and one-on-one healing sessions.
The March sound bath session will be a group event held at the South Bay Sound Bath Studio. The session will focus on using live instruments to guide participants as they relax and meditate. Instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums will be played. Organizers request that participants bring their own yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and eye masks to encourage relaxation during the event. Attendees should also arrive around 10 minutes early to set up and to ensure that the session begins on time.
