Independence Day fireworks set off in Newport Beach
The annual “Independence Day on the Back Bay” will return to Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort this July.
The event will offer a slate of entertainment, activities, and a fireworks finale, partly sponsored by the City of Newport Beach.
Festivities will begin at 9:30 am with access to Newport Dunes’ inflatable marine park and water sport rentals. Activities include paddleboarding, electric Duffy vessels, and kayaking. These activities will all be available for an added fee.
Food trucks will serve from noon until 9 pm. Available vendors include Salt N Pepper, West Coast Hibachi, and Philly King. There will also be full-service beach bars. Moe B’s Munchies beachfront grill will be open from 9 am to 7 pm, offering sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and drinks.
Live music will begin at 3:30 pm with DJ yo-b1, followed by The Class band performing from 5 pm to 8 pm. The fireworks display will begin promptly at 9 pm.
Admission to the event is free, but reserved vehicle parking is available for $108.97 per car, including fees, through July 3. Limited event day parking will be offered at $50 on a first-come basis. No re-entry is permitted once parked. Portable grills and outside alcohol are strictly prohibited.
When deciding on ways to enhance the look and feel of event venues like this one, hosts may employ the use of banner printing.
The event will be held Friday, July 4th, from 8 am to 10 pm at Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort, 1131 Back Bay Dr, Newport Beach, California.
