A large nightlife gathering is scheduled in Newport Beach this May to mark Cinco de Mayo.
The event, coordinated by PubCrawls.com, will guide participants through several local bars during an evening celebration designed for adults, celebrating the key celebration on the Mexican calendar.
The crawl begins with a check-in period where attendees receive an event wristband granting entry to participating venues. Organizers say the format allows guests to move between multiple establishments throughout the evening while taking advantage of drink promotions and themed menu items offered specifically for the event.
Participants will also encounter entertainment at certain stops along the route, including DJs, live bands, and solo performances, depending on the venue. Event staff will be present to assist guests and help coordinate the schedule as attendees travel between locations.
Ticketholders will have access to the digital map used for navigation. Attendance is restricted to individuals at least 21 years old due to the availability of alcohol at all venues.
Ticket prices vary; interested attendees can find prices and register through the Eventbrite listing. Community nightlife events like this are frequently promoted through traditional outreach methods such as flyer and poster printing.
The bar crawl will take place on Saturday, May 2 from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Its starting and check-in point will be Baja Sharkeez, located at 114 McFadden Place, Newport Beach.
