Gourmet by the Bay returns to support conservation

The Newport Bay Conservancy will host its annual fundraising event, Gourmet by the Bay, this August at the Peter and Mary Muth Interpretive Center in Newport Beach.

The evening aims to raise funds for ongoing conservation efforts in the Upper Newport Bay watershed through a celebration of food, nature, and community support.

Guests will enjoy a farm-to-table dinner curated by Chef Nicoletta Grippo, known for her commitment to sustainability and handcrafted cuisine. Attendees can expect music, a silent auction, and unique views from the bay patio. Proceeds will directly support the Conservancy’s environmental programs, including education, research, and restoration.

Ticket options include general admission at $129.89 for members and $156.57 for non-members. Additional sponsorship tiers provide expanded benefits. Supporting Sponsors ($215.26) receive admission for one and public recognition. Bronze Sponsors ($428.67) gain entry for two. Silver Sponsors ($855.50) include four admissions. Gold Sponsors ($1,282.33) receive a reserved table for six and a private guided tour. Platinum Sponsors ($2,669.52) receive two tables for 12 guests and a tour experience for their group.

When hosting fundraising events such as this one, organizers may find it useful to provide attendees with information about the cause. They may use brochure printing to do so.

The event will take place on Saturday, August 16 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Peter and Mary Muth Interpretive Center, 2301 University Dr, Newport Beach.
