Newport Beach will be holding its 18th annual film festival later this month.
The festival is arguably the largest entertainment event in Orange County and will be bringing 350 films and nightly gala events over an eight-day period.
Hosted by Fashion Island and presented by the Los Angeles Time, the Opening Night Gala will feature cuisine from premiere restaurants in Orange County, a bar by Tito’s Vodka, and Cirque du Soleil presenting an exclusive performance of ‘O’.
There are 10 different series in the festival, some of which include environmental film, music and music videos, action sports, and family film. Overall, the films are both studio and independent films, designed to provide enriching educational opportunities and a forum for cultural understanding. People of all backgrounds and ages are encouraged to attend the festival.
An animated children’s musical, ‘The Mice War’, will be making its premiere at the festival. The film is geared towards children between the ages of 5 and 11 and features performers from Broadway that bring a kid-friendly cautionary tale to life.
The Newport Beach Film Festival will run from April 20 through April 22, held at several venues throughout Newport Beach. Booklet printing companies can be hired to create pamphlets and Booklets with detailed information about screenings, schedules, and events so people can plan which activities they want to attend.
