A huge food festival will bring culinary experts to Newport Beach to share their knowledge.
RELISH is a curated weekend that will bring together Spirits Authorities, Master Sommeliers, and Celebrity Chefs to celebrate the finest in wine, spirits, and food. During the three-day event, attendees will be able to attend cooking demonstrations, spirit tastings, and winemaker seminars, as well as classes in pastry, and a Cheese Master Class.
The celebrity chefs are a roster of Who’s Who in the culinary arts and on the Food Network. They include Tyler Florence, Scott Conant, Tony Abou-Ganim, and Aarti Sequeira, to name only a few. Tyler Florence owns five restaurants, including the fine-dining Miller & Lux, which has locations in San Francisco and Hawaii. He has hosted numerous Food Network shows.
Scott Conant is a long-time judge on the popular Food Network series “Chopped,” and has numerous Italian restaurants in New York. The James Beard Foundation named his L’Imperio Best New Restaurant in 2022.
Tony Abou-Ganim is a mixologist who is regarded as one of the world’s premier bar professionals. He has three “Iron Chef America” wins to his name.
Chef Aarti Sequeira is the host of “Aarti Party” on the Food Network, and “Hidden Easts” on Cooking Channels. She is a sixth season winner of “The Next Food Network Star.”
RELISH is scheduled for August 23, 24, and 25 at VEA Resort & Spa. Organizers of events like this often work with flyer printing to create elegant Menus for the occasion.
