Celebrating the Fourth in Newport Beach

The Back Bay in Newport Beach is planning a huge celebration for the 4th of July.

An important part of any party is the food, and service begins in the morning. Moe B’s Munchies will be available at the Beachfront Grill and Bar from 9.00 am until 7.00 pm. The menu includes chicken sandwiches, salads, burgers, pizza, and a full bar. The “munchies” will be available near the market on the promenade, and food trucks will be available from 12.00 pm until 7.30 pm.

Splashy fun will be available at the Newport Dune Water Park & Water Sports, which will be open from 10.00 am until 5.00 pm, although the closing time is uncertain, as the park may have to shut down so the fireworks can set up. The water park rents watercraft including the Duffy boats that hold as many as eight people.

Live entertainment is an important part of the day’s festivities, and audiences will be able to hear a variety of performers. From 3.00 pm until 5.00 pm, DJ yo-b1 will be spinning the music, and then The Dreamboats will take over, playing straight-ahead rock from 5.00 pm until 8.00 pm. The live music will be at the Horseshoe Stage, between the Gazebo and Pavilion C.

Capping off the day, the fireworks show begins at 9.00 pm, and is co-sponsored by the City of Newport Beach. Organizers of huge outdoor events like this can use banner printing to create festive Banners to decorate venues.
