Peonies are beloved by many, but their blossoms soon fade. A Morgan Hill workshop will craft blooms that will look great for a long time to come.
A flower crafting class has been organized by Cura Contemporary in the Edes Building, and the participants will learn how to prepare paper peonies with a lifelike look. It will celebrate the role mothers and mother figures can play in a person's life, and the registration fee is $90 plus fees and taxes.
Ticketholders will work with specialized papers and other materials, and the session will be led by an experienced instructor. While they work, the attendees can socialize and enjoy coffee and pastries, and all materials needed for the project will be supplied. It is for those age 10 and up, although children will need to attend with an adult.
