Downtown Morgan Hill offers a calendar filled with community events, and one of these is set to welcome those who enjoy classic cars.
The Autos and Artisans car show and makers’ market is right around the corner, and along with the vehicles, there will be an opportunity for the attendees to hit the ground running when it comes to purchasing gifts for the upcoming holiday season. It is a production of the city’s Chamber of Commerce, and it will have a six hour run time.
The cars and market will be set up on Monterey Road, and to accommodate the activity, roads may be closed. All makes, models and years of cars and motorcycles are welcome, and a complementary complimentary breakfast will be provided at check in. Volunteers will be on site to lend a hand.
To thank the owner for taking part in the activity, awards will be presented in a variety of categories including “The ride I want to take home”. Print shops can prepare registration Forms, dash plaques, trophies and other items for use during a function when a competition will take place.
This combination car show and craft market will kick off at 9:00 am on September 28th. Registration may be completed online or, if space permits, at the event itself. The fee to do so starts at $45.00 each.
