Garlic may be a humble herb, but a Morgan Hill area community will be making it the star of one of its more popular events.
The Gilroy Garlic Festival’s lineup of festivities is expected to draw a large crowd of visitors to the area, and there will be lots to see and do. One of the activities expected to be a big crowd pleaser is its Golf Tournament, which will be taking place at Gilroy Golf Course.
This casual summer tournament will tee off in the early afternoon, but not before the golfers have been treated to lunch and a chance to mingle. The play will open with a shotgun start, and it will follow a four-person scramble format. Everyone will be invited to remain on site after they have played through so they can enjoy a garlic festival themed dinner, and there will be on course games, contests and other fun.
This outing offers a selection of sponsorship opportunities, and they all offer ways for its sponsors to put their Logo Design in the public eye. The options start at $250, and go all the way to the Gold Level, which is $2,000.
