A Morgan Hill crafting class will teach a group of registrants how to prepare a candle for themselves.
Selkie Coastal Soap’s Erin Goodwin will be sharing candle-making secrets when she facilitates the Candle Crafting Retreat that will help to open April. Everyone will be invited to choose their own fragrance and container, and it will be a hands-on activity.
This session, which is restricted to adults only, will open with a welcome and materials selection, and it will then be time to melt the wax and prepare the candles. Attendees will be able to meet and connect with others while they take part in this mindfulness building exercise, and everyone will be invited to add their own creative flair to their finished project. Both single and couples’ tickets are available for purchase, and the price starts at $88.
A workshop like this often condenses a lot of information into a small amount of time. Stationery printers can put together kits of handouts and other informational materials so that the attendees can keep on learning long after it finishes.
