A Morgan Hill area farm will be serving up a fun way to spend a May evening.
Terra Amico Farms has organized a family style crab boil, and all ages are on the guestlist. California Inspiration’s Chef Jose and Marge will supply the food, and the festivities will continue for three hours.
The meal will kick off with an opportunity to visit the salad bar, where locally grown ingredients will be featured. This will be followed by the boil, and both snow and Dungeness crab are on the menu, hot from the pot. Sausage, potatoes, artichokes, and corn will also be served, and the broth for the cooking will be seasoned with herbs and spices. Additional condiments will be supplied at each table so everyone can customize their meal.
Each ticket includes a glass of wine, and additional glasses may be purchased. Tickets are $85 each.
Crab, crawfish, and other seafood meals usually attract a large crowd of diners. Venues, businesses, and groups that host outdoor activities can order reusable pop-up signage and Banners from area banner printing companies.
Terra Amico Farms, located at 680 California Avenue in San Martin, is getting ready for its Crab Boil on the Farm evening, which will take place on Saturday, May 24. The festivities will start at 5:30 pm and continue until 8:30 pm.
