Irvine to get three new eateries

Crossroads, a shopping center located on Barranca Parkway in Irvine, will soon have three new restaurants in operation: Cava Grill, Paris Baguette, and Inchin Bamboo Garden.

The Cava Grill, which will open later this year, is a fast-casual spot with pitas, salads, grain bowls, and juices on its menu. Guests can build their own entrees by choosing a base, then adding the protein of their choice, vegetables, and topping it off with a sauce. The restaurant was founded by three childhood friends, Ted Xenohristos, Ike Grigoropoulos, and the chef, Dimitri Moshovitis. They serve the traditional Mediterranean and Greek dishes they have known since childhood.

Inchin Bamboo's location at Crossroads is its first in Southern California. The restaurant's name combines the terms ‘Indian’ and ‘Chinese’, which also describes the cuisine served there. Malaysian cooking, which has been influenced by both Chinese and Indian cuisine, can also be found on the menu. Thai cuisine is also included to make the restaurant truly ‘Pan Asian’, which also taking inspiration from Chinese ‘street food’. Inchin will open in January 2017.

Paris Baguette will also open in January. The cafe and bakery will offer a wide range of baked goods including desserts, cakes, pastries, and breads, as well as beverages and sandwiches.

Companies like these can benefit by creating festive banners to help celebrate openings and other special occasions.
