Burbank steps up its franchise opportunities

This week, the Baskin-Robbins Training Center in Burbank will be the site of a Franchising Seminar.

The session comes in response to the company's plan for expanding its franchising opportunities in the Los Angeles area. It will offer details about the opportunities available, as well as incentives the company is offering.

Baskin-Robbins, in order to implement its current growth plan, is providing strong incentives to entice new franchises. Among those are a 50% reduction in the initial 20-year franchise fee and lower royalties during the first five years. For military veterans, 20-year fee is waived for their first establishment and royalty rates for the first five years are even lower than for other franchises.

New franchises often bring numerous opportunities to local printing companies. Among the various items a new business requires on an ongoing basis are invoices, Letterheads, and Business Cards. Prior to an opening, Banners and Flyers are often needed as well.

Baskin-Robbins has spent the last 60 years refining its franchise system. According to one of Dunkin' Brands' vice presidents, Grant Benson, the company is looking for entrepreneurs in the Los Angeles area who have a strong financial backgrounds and a desire to open an ice cream shop in their local community.
It takes place from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm this Wednesday, April 23. The Center can be found at 1201 South Victory Blvd.
