The holidays can be a busy time of the year, but Burbank residents have been reminded to include a special activity in their plans for the season.
Pasadena Humane has issued a call seeking helping hands for a project that will make the holidays happier for the animals in its care. It will be a festive occasion, and kids are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian.
The participants will be using the materials supplied to them to craft an assortment of gifts, including toys, beds and other presents. These will be used by the organization to offer comfort and enrichment to its charges. While they work on their projects, the attendees will be treated to coffee and hot chocolate to sip on as well as fresh baked homemade cookies. Along with the items for the animals, everyone will be invited to make a craft they can take home as a keepsake of the day.
Being part of a hands-on community service project can be incredibly rewarding. A flyer printing company can prepare materials that may be highly effective at generating public anticipation for an event.
The Pasadena Humane Santa Paws crafting party is scheduled to run from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm on December 7th. The venue for the day will be located at 361 South Raymond Avenue in Pasadena.
