Burbank area to craft creepy charcuterie boards

Charcuterie boards are in vogue, giving chefs away to show off their artistry, and a Burbank area class will teach how to prepare them from scratch, complete with a Halloween twist.

Le Vigne Winery and Cha Cha Cuterie Board have teamed up to present a charcuterie board preparation workshop, and it will be on offer just in time for Halloween parties. Tickets are $67.00 each, and it is limited to attendees age 21 and up.

The instruction will be provided by Karla Tomas, who will walk the participants through the step of preparing their display of meats, fruits, cheeses and more. She will discuss each of the components, and as the function will have a Halloween theme, the finished board will be designed so it will be a good fit for a spooky affair. Costumes are encouraged, and those who are interested can sign up with their friends and make a full event out of the activity.

A culinary class can be both fun and educational, giving the public an opportunity to learn something new. A brochure printing company can lend a hand by providing printed recipe cards, and it can laminate them so they can easily be wiped clean in case of a kitchen spill.

This creepy charcuterie board class will begin at 3:00 pm on Saturday, October 21. It will run for three hours, and it is scheduled for 2325 East 55th Street in Vernon.
