Burbank animal sanctuary to host holiday makers market

A Burbank area refuge that provides safe harbor for livestock will be joining forces with several other animal welfare organizations to host a holiday celebration for one and all.

The team at Kindred Spirits Care Farm will be welcoming the holidays by organizing a craft fair, and it is a combined effort of the ranch and VegFest L.A., F.A.K.E. and DisclosureFest. The farm's resident animals will be on hand to meet the guests, and with unique gift ideas to browse through, the public may walk away from the festivities with gifts for everyone on their list.

Along with the local vendors, there will be food service providers at the function with an assortment of vegan fare on offer. Everyone can access the picnic tables or spread of a blanket to enjoy their lunch, and there will even be a yoga class. The proceeds from the day will be used for the care and upkeep of the farm and its animals.

Organizing a community celebration may perform double duty for a not-for-profit group, as it can also encourage people to discover the supports and services it has on offer. Many of these organizations utilize the services of a poster printing company to help market their events.

Kindred Spirits Craft Fair will be offering this sneak peek behind its gates on Saturday, December 4, from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm.
