Warrington to welcome business skills conference
An event designed to help firms in Warrington get ready for working with the next generation of employees is taking place this autumn.
Warrington enterprises looking forward to the future can participate in an upcoming skills event called ““Is your business Gen Z ready?” this November. Hosted by the Cheshire and Warrington Local Skills Improvement Plan, the event is designed to help enterprise owners in the region to futureproof their firms and get prepared for the newest workforce arriving at their site.
The conference will include lunch, an opportunity to meet with peers and business network. Company heads attending business-related events often get equipped with professional cards carrying their logo design that they can issue to potential contacts they talk to.
The upcoming conference is the second of its kind and will cover many topics. These include how firms can engage with Generation Z talent and support them in their transition to the working world. It also looks at inclusive selection and recruitment best practices and supplies valuable information to help firms and their newest team members move forwards.
The “Is your business Gen Z ready?” event will take place at The Engine Rooms at Birchwood Park on Thursday, November 14. The venue is sited at 101 Faraday Street in Risley, Warrington and the event will begin at 9.30 am.
This event is completely free to attend.
