An upcoming event taking place at one of Tamworth’s most renowned heritage sites will celebrate food and beverages from around the world.
Following on from the success of last year’s edition, the Tamworth Food and Drink Festival will now be returning for 2022. The event will be held in autumn within the spacious grounds of Tamworth Castle.
Once more, the local festivity will be presented by LSD Promotions, which was responsible for the 2021 occasion in conjunction with Tamworth Borough Council. Organisers and promoters of outdoor local events like fairs, expos and festivals sometimes enlist the aid of banner printing services to create large-scale advertisements and signage that catches the attention of the community.
Held over two days, the weekend event will see hand-picked and high-quality traders amass at the castle, presenting an extensive array of international street foods sourced from all around the world, along with artisan vendors, local growers and more.
Providing a weekend of family-friendly entertainment for lovers of food and drink from Tamworth and its surrounding area, the festival will also feature local street entertainers and music hosted by the festival’s DJ compere.
The Food and Drink Festival will take place at Tamworth Castle, located at Lady Bank in Holloway, Tamworth on Saturday, October 22 and Sunday, October 23. The event will be open between 12 pm and 5 pm on both days.
