Tamworth to host Autism-friendly entertainment

Tamworth’s renowned Funtopia event for children is set to feature an Autism-friendly session this summer.

The big day of entertainment for little kids in Tamworth, known as Funtopia, is making a welcome return to Tamworth Castle Grounds this June. After a massively successful trial last year of sessions designed for children with Autism, Funtopia has retained this feature for 2023.

Companies offering activities and entertainment for children with different needs often employ brochure printing services to create professional Booklets supplying guidance on opportunities available.

The returning initiative is a part of Funtopia’s commitment to offering a memorable and enjoyable event that can be accessed by families and children of all abilities and needs.

Designed with under 10’s in mind, the fun-filled festival offers a diverse range of activities including high energy inflatables, competitions and shows, role play areas, huge water fights, giant games, an onsite food court and the chance for kids to meet some of their favourite characters. For those under five, there is a special area with bouncy castles, ball pool and soft play.

Autism Friendly Sessions have limited numbers and are open to children with autism, as well as those with mobility and SEND disabilities.

The autism friendly session at Funtopia will take place between 10.30am and 11.30am on Saturday, June 17 at the Castle Grounds, Namco station located at 2 Riverdrive in Tamworth.
