A family-friendly event is coming to a historic site in Tamworth this September.
For two days in a row, Tamworth Castle will be hosting a bite-size edition of the famous entertainment event for designed for kids called Funtopia. From historic buildings to parks and local community hubs, venues hosting outdoor events sometimes enlist the aid of professional banner printing services to create special signage that can cope with all kinds of weather, using waterproof and UV-protected materials.
Mini Funtopia is presented by Tamworth Borough Council and Funtopia as part of the 2022 event “We Love Tamworth”. A smaller version of the standard version Funtopia, the event still promises plenty of excitement and fund for families.
Guests will enjoy a wide range of activities and options like high-energy inflatables, sumo suits, giant games, and an under-five’s area, with more still to be announced. Additionally, visitors are entitled to unlimited play for the duration of their stay, and adults are encouraged to get involved in the fun and games.
The event will be held within Tamworth Castle’s grounds on the Saturday, September 10 and Sunday, September 11 between 11 am and 5 pm.
As Mini Funtopia is a smaller-scale event, prices for wristband entry reflect this, with tickets available from £1.50 to £5 directly on the day and no advance booking necessary.
