The Sellick Partnership wins workplace recognition

The Sellick Partnership, which specialises in recruitment, has been listed as a top UK place to work.

The organisation has a branch on the Stoke Road within Shelton. If it gets more clients as a result of its latest award, the firm could use business card printing from Stoke-on-Trent. The firm also has several other bases dotted around the country. It has been listed as a top British workplace on a previous occasion.

Jo Sellick, the company’s managing director, stated:

The Sellick Partnership was rated highly by the Great Place to Work consultancy on the basis of two sets of evidence. A management audit was conducted by the consultants and a survey was completed by employees.

The research showed that the Sellick Partnership scored well for trust levels and staff satisfaction. It also indicated that the enterprise achieved a positive result for its distinctive culture. Employees seem to feel supported within the organisation.
