A renowned reggae pop group who enjoyed success in the 80s are coming to play a concert in Stoke-on-Trent this winter.
British reggae all-stars UB40 have announce they will be dropping by Stoke-on-Trent this December as part of their ongoing Bigga Baggariddim tour. The upcoming show has been designed for fans both new and old and will feature some of the band’s latest tracks from their recent recording mixed with the classic hits known by all.

Since forming in Birmingham back in the late 70s, the group has enjoyed lasting success in the popular music charts. They have been nominated for multiple awards from Best Group at the Brits to Best Reggae Album at the Grammy’s.
Fans attending the December event in Stoke-on-Trent will get the chance to appreciate a wide range of their favourite UB40 hits, which may include “Cherry Oh Baby”, “Please Don’t Make Me Cry”, “Kingston Town”, “Red, Red Wine” and “The Way You Do the Things You Do,” to name but a few.
