Music fans keen to welcome the spring of ‘22 with some ‘70s sounds will find an upcoming show entitled “The Carpenters Story” an unmissable opportunity at Stoke-on-Trent’s Victoria Hall. The Stoke-on-Trent show will present the musical story of Karen and Richard Carpenter, whose music is synonymous with the decade in which they first earned critical success. The performance features the musical direction of Phil Aldridge who leads the Carpenter’s Story band and showcases the vocal abilities of singer Claire Furley. Able to capture Karen Carpenter’s distinctive contralto, Furley has received numerous accolades for her tribute to the singer.

The Carpenters Story will be on stage at Victoria Hall, on Bagnall Street in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent on Saturday, April 9 from 7:30 pm. Ticket prices start at £13.
