Recruitment firm opens office in Stoke-on-Trent

Recruitment agency N-Trust Care Services Limited has expanded into Stoke-on-Trent.

The recruitment specialists focus their work on the healthcare sector and has now set up an office in the centre of the Staffordshire city. Printing services within Stoke-on-Trent may be used by the agency for promotional purposes going forward. The hub is intended to help the firm grow and the idea is that the region could accommodate some of this expansion.

John Coyne, the founder of the business, told the Stoke Sentinel:

“We have identified a need for our service in this area and that has partly developed from the relationships we have with our existing clients. Our new office will also mean that we can expand into new areas, while still allowing us to access support from our Wolverhampton office and gap personnel.”

Coyne was keen to stress that his firm remains local. He also emphasised that a central objective of the plan was to keep helping other local enterprises. Three more employees will be required to facilitate operations in Stoke-on-Trent. It is hoped that the organisation will eventually be able to double in size.

To enable further expansion, Coyne has not ruled out making acquisitions. However, ordinary business growth should play a role in permitting the opening of branches elsewhere in the UK. The company has appointed Sue Deaville to supervise activities in Stoke-on-Trent.
