Preparations for the Biddulph Festival 2019 have moved further on in readiness for the summer event.
The committee will be holding several planning meetings in the following months leading up to the launch. The main event will begin in the town centre of Biddulph, Stoke on Trent on June 29 with a carnival theme. This will mark the opening of the six week-long festival.
Organisers of the festival put a call out to members of the local community to submit a Logo Design for the summer event with the winning concept to be decided by public vote via the festival’s Facebook page.
The popular ‘Biddulph by the Sea’ day of the festival is set to return for the 2019 festival on Saturday July 20. On this day, the centre of town is transformed into the seaside, complete with a fairground, sand castles and even donkey rides.
As well as the planning of individual events, those involved in bringing the festival to fruition are endeavouring to put together a brochure outlining the schedule for the occasion. This will be delivered directly to the community to invite all in the vicinity to attend from May onwards.
It will also be available in other locations including Biddulph Town hall, the primary care centre, Biddulph Library and the local Youth and Community Zone.Get a Free Quote for Logo Design
