Iconic British music bound for Stoke-on-Trent

A theatre in Stoke-on-Trent will welcome a legendary British band to its stage this autumn as they celebrate five decades in the music industry.

Beloved rock band Squeeze have announced they will be arriving at a local venue this October. As part of an epic nationwide tour to mark their 50th anniversary, the pop rockers will be performing a live set at the Regent Theatre.

Venues hosting commemorative events like anniversaries sometimes reach out to banner printing services for special signage that calls out to key dates.

For over half a century, Squeeze has earned respect for its unique brand of rock, and the upcoming show in Stoke-on-Trent will give them a chance to play hits from their extensive songbook.

Those attending the concert will get to hear a setlist loaded with classics that may include songs like “Cool for Cats”, “Up the Junction”, “Hourglass”, “Tempted” and “Black Coffee in Bed”, among others.

Squeeze will now be live on stage at the Regent Theatre on Tuesday, October 15. The concert will start at 7pm, starting with a performance from the support act Badly Drawn Boy. The theatre is situated at Piccadilly in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.

To support the Trussell Trust food banks, Squeeze are inviting gig goers to bring food donations down to the gig and drop them at collection points by the venue, to assist the millions going hungry in the UK.
