Costa Coffee expands in Stoke-on-Trent

A new Costa Coffee outlet has recently opened within Stoke-on-Trent.

The new branch of the popular coffee chain is located in a Next store. It is one of several Costa Coffee branches in the area. There is an older shop where the retail park is situated, for example. Flyer printing within Stoke-on-Trent may be used to promote new shops in the district.

Costa branch manager, Laura Boulton told the Stoke Sentinel:

“Costa is a good business. We have a lot more customers over the Christmas period and the branch on the ground floor of the shopping centre is always busy. When people are shopping they want a drink with friends.”

Emma Seabridge is an assistant manager for Next and she explained that customers do appreciate the presence of an accessible coffee shop within a store.

Seabridge implied that traditional retailers are finding it tough to compete with online shopping. By working on the shopping experience that they provide, the likes of Next can try to maintain a competitive edge over rivals.

Customers have been won over by the introduction of another Costa Coffee outlet into the locality. Rebecca Sheldon regularly takes her children out shopping with her. She likes to take a break from her exertions, but there has not always been quite enough space to allow her to relax. Sheldon said how pleased she was at the latest opening.
