Business event pushes ahead to Stoke-on-Trent

Stoke-on-Trent is set to host an upcoming business seminar focused on employee engagement this spring.

Business owners and other professionals based in Stoke-on-Trent seeking to learn new skills can attend an upcoming event entitled “Engaging for Organisation Success” that will be taking place in the city this coming May.

Enterprise professionals attending business-focused events often take a long a supply of printed Business Cards that they can give to like-minded individuals in their field and extend their contact list.

Employee Engagement is often considered a key element to organisational success and during the May session, the event organisers will explore how business owners can create an effective strategy for employee engagement.

A wide range of topics will be covered, including what employee engagement is and how it manifests itself in companies. Different employee engagement types will be discussed; self-engagement with performance, personal role engagement and the factors leading engagement will all be identified.

The ‘Engaging for Organisation Success’ event will be held on Wednesday, May 24 at the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, situated at Festival Park, Commerce House in Stoke-on-Trent. This event will run from 9 am until 12 pm and will be delivered by Emily Morley, who serves as People Services Consultant at Strategi Solutions, and Helen Bailey, who is Head of Learning and Development for the business management firm.
