One of the biggest and most popular festivals featuring tribute bands is set to return to Stockport this spring. Music lovers will be given the chance to enjoy massive hits at an affordable price.
Rockstock has developed something of a cult following in the area in recent years and is the brainchild of the same team that created the similar Festwich tribute band festival held in Prestwich. The line-up for Rockstock 2023 will include over 30 groups that will pay tribute to some of the top music artists in the world – including the likes of Motley Crue, Madness, Linkin Park and AC/DC.
This will be the third year that Rockstock has taken place and while some might struggle to see the appeal, given that it is not the original bands involved, there is much to enjoy for attendees. The organiser of the event is UK Tribute Festivals and Rockstock comes with top quality production values, as well as all of the other attractions typically offered at music festivals.
It is also an event ideally suited to families, with plenty to entertain people of all ages. The venue for the 2023 festival will be Woodbank Park in Stockport and graphic design from shops in the area can help those putting together this kind of event to produce promotional Posters that catch the eye.
