A major festival dedicated to Irish folk and country music will take place in Stockport this summer.
Stockport residents with a passion for Celtic sounds won’t want to miss an epic three-day music festival coming to town this summer. July will see the beloved Craic by the Creek festival make a welcome return to Whitebottom Farm for 2024 with a line-up of renowned recording artists and new sponsor, the OCU Group. Now in its fourth year, the event dedicated to Irish and country music has proved a major success in Stockport.
Festival and fair organisers often connect with experienced banner printing services that can create themed signage that matches the events they host featuring brand motifs and colours.
The 1990’s pop sensation B*Witched will have top billing at the event taking attendees back to their childhood with chart-topping hits like “Blame It on the Weatherman”, “C’est La Vie”, “Rollercoaster” and “To You I Belong”. Other acts confirmed for the summer line-up include the Irish dance troupe SONAS, The Tumbling Paddies, CEOL, Sean Magee, and Nathan Carter but over 30 more are expected to be added to the billing before July.
The Craic by the Creek festival will be at Whitebottom Farm from Friday, July 19 to Sunday, July 21. The farm is situated at Compstall in Etherow Country Park, Stockport.
Tickets for the Irish and country music event are now on sale through Skiddle.
