Sheffield University’s Student Union is set to play host to a famous UK four-piece made up of two pairs of siblings this winter.
Sheffield rock fans looking for a gig to begin 2024 can attend an upcoming concert at The Foundry. January will find UK rockers The Magic Numbers playing live on stage at the Student Union venue playing a concert packed with classic tracks from their extensive back catalogue.
The Magic Numbers consists of two sets of brother-sister siblings, Sean and Angela Gannon Romeo and Michele Stodart and are renowned for their unparalleled harmonies, melodic hook lines, timeless sound and skilled song-writing. Venues hosting touring bands often call on poster printing services to create eye-catching advertisements that feature band members.
In 2005 the band burst onto the music scene receiving a Mercury Prize nomination for their self-titled debut album and critical acclaim. The studio recording contained several top ten hits from its singles like 'Love is a Game', 'Forever Lost' and 'Love Me Like You' and sold more than a million Copies globally. The group has supported many notable artists like Neil Young, U2, Brian Wilson, The Who and Radiohead.
The Magic Numbers will now be at the Foundry on January 25. The venue is sited at Studio & Fusion Sheffield Students' Union in Western Bank, Sheffield and the show will start at 7 pm. Tickets are priced at £17.00 per person.
