Sheffield to hear 80s icon

An unforgettable artist from the 1980s will soon be arriving in Sheffield for an autumn show.

Sheffield City Hall has announced that it will be welcoming pop legend Adam Ant to the stage this October. In a single-night performance the iconic artists who topped the charts in the 80s will deliver his best-loved tracks for fans in the venue’s esteemed Oval Hall.

Describing his return to the stage, Ant commented:

“I’m really looking forward to the thrills and spills of playing live, again... there’s nothing like it!”

The show in Sheffield is part of an upcoming UK tour entitled ANTMUSIC 24 that will take place across the country during October and November. Record labels and the artists signed to them often enlist the aid of expert poster printing services to create materials that match the aims of their promotional campaigns.

Born Stuart Leslie Goddard, Adam Ant led his group Adam and the Ants to chart success with a total of 10 hits in the UK Top 10 between 1980 and 1983 including the number one singles “Stand and Deliver” and “Prince Charming”.

Adam Ant will now be live at Sheffield City Hall on Tuesday, October 29. The concert will commence at 7.30 pm and the venue is based at Barker's Pool in Sheffield City Centre Tickets are available priced between £46.95 and £52.95.
