Sheffield hotel to host festive fair
A day dedicated to the season of giving is coming to a Sheffield hotel this winter to support a national charity.
A Christmas fair will be held in the city next month at a respected four-star hotel. Promising a day full of festive fun, the event has been organised to support the Dragonfly Cancer Trust.
Those coming to the wintertime celebration can get ready for the season ahead with a wide variety of stalls on offer. Vendors on the day will be selling stocking fillers like handmade gifts, treats, crafts and glitter tattoos, alongside Christmas decorations. Traders attending events like fairs and markets sometimes style up their stands with help from expert banner printing services to capture interest from customers.
Families will find Santa’s Grotto installed at the event so children can meet Mr and Mrs Claus and receive a gift. A seasonal soundtrack is also set to feature, provided by Amy Jean and the Rock Choir. Sheffield and South Yorkshire Radio Essentials will be providing a special live broadcast at the fair to capture the Christmas spirit onsite and share it with the rest of the region.
The Christmas Fair 2025 will now be at the Mercure Sheffield Kenwood Hall & Spa on Saturday, November 1. The hotel can be found at Nether Edge in Sheffield and free entry is offered to everyone attending, with any donations for the trust appreciated.
